One of the great things about infrared heating panels is that you can have images printed on them, masking the heater altogether. The sky is the limit here, as you can even have your own pictures printed on them.

Family pictures? No problem. Holiday snaps? Consider it done.

We’ll be detailing the process involved ordering custom image IR panels, to make sure your heaters are finished with that personal touch.

Step 1

The first thing you will want to do is pick out a product from our selection of custom image IR heating panels. If you’re having difficulty deciding which panel you want, then you might want to have a look at our IR panel heater buying guide for some inspiration.

Step 2

Once you’ve purchased a panel and received confirmation, you’ll need to send us your image that you want printed.

You’ll need to send an email to images@suryaheating.co.uk, quoting your name and order number. You will also need to attach the image that you want, ensuring that it’s a high-res image.

Step 3

Once we receive your email, we’ll start processing your image. Before printing, we’ll email you back a proof of how your image will look on your panel.

It’s important to note that we will not print your panel until we have confirmation from you via email that you have happy with the proof.

Step 4

Once we have confirmation from you that you are happy with the proof, we will then send the panel off for printing. This process will take approximately 7 days.

Once we have the infrared panel back with your image on it, we’ll send it off for dispatch.

Delivery is completely free of charge, and is sent out via FedEx 24 service, so you should receive it the day after dispatch.

While we aim for the very best service, delivery times are subject to the courier and are beyond our control once we dispatch it.

Please note that our custom image IR heating panels are not covered by our 14 day home trial period, as they are customised items.

They are covered by our 2 year warranty that can be extended to 5 years at no additional cost, for any unlikely faults that may occur.

Once you’ve received it, you can enjoy all the benefits of IR heating, and use it anywhere you want, as it will blend in to your interior decor, doubling up as a framed photo.
